If it rains period, the TIs' would not train. I was there during the winter months, December 19, 2006 - February 2, 2007, for basic and we had an ice storm that shut down training during my "Warrior Week." I had to stay there for an additional few months for SF training, which sucked.

Also what you don't see is that where he stops swimming there is a walkway with a drainage pipe that runs under it and connects the ditches on either side. So what i think happened here is he swims, bumps into the cement on the side of the walkway, then gets sucked under by the water rushing into the pipe below. Looks like he got sucked through the pipe and out the other side. He could have easily hit his head on the side of the pipe and got knocked out as he passed through and drown. Stupid.
