  • oh dear, he said appointed by PJ Patterson. The G-G is appointed by the Queen of Jamaica and the NOMINEE is nominated by the ENTIRE CABINET, the PM alone has no such power, to just NOMINATE and the QUEEN DECIDES. Poor things, never educated on such things and make incorrect reports and mislead everyone else. Who is in charge of protocol?
