This plays on Asmodae side in 'Panda', the capital city. You have to go into certain NPC houses in order for this to play, its the 'wealthy district', I forget the exact name of it. There's a campaign quest that starts in Altgard from a guy trying to find his parents, he gives you a necklace to take to a lady in Panda and she tells a sad story. AWESOME quest, every Asmos should do it. :)

I got bored of Aion after I hit 50...but I still love the game, though I don't play it anymore.
Once some of the stuff from Aion Vision come to be, perhaps I shall return...~ Major love for the soundtrack, though. Gorgeous music throughout. <3
