  • whoever edited this video is an idiot. it says the guy was trying to flee and was not armed. let me run you down with my car and see how you do. LOL you obviously love to hug trees and open US borders to the whole wide world and believe we have enough funds to take care of everyone's medical bills.

  • if someone tried to run me over and i had a gun, i'd do the same thing. don't care who's child or mother it is. i'm not the one running from the police and trying to run them over. who ever says this is a bad shooting by the officer obviously has personal issues with the police. from what i see on this video GOOD JOB OFFICERS! TROOPERS! WHATEVER YOU ARE. AND THANKS FOR SAVING TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR NOT TAKING HIM TO TRIAL. LOL

  • Suicide by stupidity. Just pull over and get the ticket and/or go to jail.Simple. I just wish I could have seen the bullet enter this retards body. That would have made a great video. Keep supporting ignorance and stupidity. Pull a fake weapon on a cop and get shot. BOO HOO. If people are that stupid AND THEY ARE they deserve what they have coming. Keep brewing the METH. Way to go AMERICA.

  • the driver of the car tried to ram the police officer and that is defined as an attempted aggrivated assult and can be clasified as a possible deadly force situation. . . this is 100% justified use of deadly force.

  • lol i live right by were this happend

  • I will always support the police! When I hear anything on the news about the police I'm always on their side. I never ever believe anything that I hear on the news. They have proven time and time again that they slant their reporting to the negative. However!! I have watched this video and listened to the recorded radio traffic of the pursuit and my big issue is when the officer said at the beginning that they tried to "ram" him. He did not intentionally try to ram the officer. It's very clear.

  • so what's the problem, another punk who won't cause trouble anymore.

  • There was an innocent man (being forced to ride alont) scared to shit beside the suspect driving the vehicle. with all that gunfire, they only killed the suspect and left the innocent man unharmed. Good work.

  • He was running from the police. He did not stop even after things got much worse. He was driving a car that was much more powerful and deadly than a handgun. The police worked as a teem to get a felon off the street and kept him from hurting or killing someone. I never side with the felon, never! If you find yourself feeling sorry for people like this your most likely one of them or have family members who are just like them.

  • the suspect didn't need a weapon, there's more than one reason to be shot and killed by an officer, being on top of a car with a crazy driver is one of them get your facts straight and change this horrid music

  • If the officer jum p on the car to avoid being hit , it would be justified deadly force.

  • why dont you put on a uniform and come out here and be the police....lets see what you'll do... bottom line... when the police say stop...you stop..if you have nothing to hide...there is no reason to run!!!!

  • TDI trained i assume ? Since the chief is an instructor there i assume once again that he trains his officers in this fashion. Hmm ?

  • But this week, Black filed a lawsuit against Blue Ash, claiming that conditions didn't warrant a high-speed chase. Black also said officers lied about the cruiser being rammed.

  • Most definitely could have been avoided, first off what would you do if your running from the cops for something minor and the sons of a bitch start shooting at you, If you watched closely you would see that the suspect was shot at before this "attempt" with his car. Its obvious those cops were power rushing, it looked like the fat one didn't want to get back in his car so he started shooting in hopes that he would not have to run to his car, and yes its clear to see the cop jumped on the hood!

  • i agree. these assholes are the same that ones that saved the world from a 5 lb man eating chiuaua. look it up on wcpo. com. jun 11 2009

  • The cop jumped out of his car and jumped onto the suspects car. The cop put his own life at risk. I know the passenger and he sued and won millions. WHAT THE COP DID HERE WAS WRONG.

  • I find it funny the guy who posted this video only look at the fact he had no gun. Well one He has a weapon and that is his car. Two the officers don't know if this man has committed a crime prior to their dealing. Three if this Police Officer Had not shot and that man did have a gun and shot one of the other officer then the same guy who posted this video would then be saying "why didn't he shoot him" So I have this to say, You don't know what you would do in any circumstance until your in it

  • Cops did the right thing--shitbird should have stopped--word up

  • Kudos to the BAPD for taking one more piece of sh!t off the streets using standard textbook procedures. You break the law and run...you DIE!!!

  • so if yor kid steals a candy bar then runs from the cops they should shoot him? yeah i guess they should if its your child

  • i have ran from those very police officers oh so many times. fuck the BAPD. these boys in blue would make you think we live in the hood.

  • The suspect was accelerating with the police officer on his window. Thats assault with a deadly weapon. The deadly weapon being the vehicle. The deadly force by the officer was absolutely justified. Thats all you need to articulate deadly force in a report. What would stop the driver from running over the officer?

  • Justified....end of story

  • This wasn't murder you damn idiot. This was a police officer defending his life and his fellow officers, after attempting to kill other officers one officer steps up to finally put an end to this situation. And what you dont see in this video is the .45 caliber pistol in the seat next to the driver. That dumbass should've been shot awhile ago. Good job officer!

  • That was planted obviously. Dur. Cover ups to help fuck ups.

  • I agree with you "Toysoldier55" The officer who shot this suspect was doing his job, and that job is "To Protect and Serve." He was protecting the public along with his fellow officers, and serving the town of Blue Ash Ohio with honor. After reviewing this video, I see NO wrong doing on the police officer's part. Had this suspect who had little or NO reguard for anyone else stoppped his vehicle as the pursuit ensued, and surrendered then this could be murder, but he didn't, so it was justified.

  • he did not have a gun liar. the c op put his own life in danger by jumping on the car from the side. the suspect was already moving

  • people who run have something to hide! he was a loser who had no respect for any one. guess we should just let everybody do as we please, get rid of police and let the civilians shoot them !

  • Murder my ass, the motherfucker got what he deserves and anyone that thinks other wise is ignorant as hell. If you don't know what it is like to do a DANGEROUS job then shut the fuck up...

  • Iam joining to become a Fire fighter, so dont give me lip son. Thanks.

  • Oh man, I completely feel bad for your department. I didn't know they took complete idiots. New Rule : If you try to avoid arrest the police should instantly have the right to use deadly force. We really need to remove the dumb from the gene pool.

  • well the person in the car was using the car as the weapon so the cop had everyright to end that dudes life and the guy shouldnt have been trying to flee because running from the police is a little something i like to call againts the law

  • I would like to offer my praise to the officers for their dedication, skill and professionalism in the performance of their duties. The suspects chose their destiny by their choice to engage the initial officer. The driver got what he deserved. May God bless these officers.

  • Here's an idea...when police try to stop your vehicle...just stop. You won't get your ass shot. Dumbass people who run from cops, escalate a chase and then wanna blame the cops when they get shot. Idiot

  • A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon. If the driver is trying to hit the officer then he had the right to defend himself.

I can't advise he was trying to hit the officer or not.. but one thing that's always true is innocent people don't run.

  • the officer was justified and theirs a vid of the passenger who said the turd that died was his neighbor and he couldnt belive that he did that.piece of shit shouldnt have evaded and then almost ran over the officer.

  • To bad you did not show the whole video...Who is the real liar?

  • the cop t-boned Bennett's car and the cop jumped out of the cop-car and jumped onto Bennett's hood from the side and shot and killed Bennett! Bennett never tried to run over or ram anyone!!!! the was a lie! Bennett's car slowed down every time a cop cut him off. He never tried to ram or run over anyone!!!!! how can you cut some one off and say they tried to ram me. You can even see Bennett's trying to get around the cop car and even slowing down!!BLACK VS BLUE

  • The lawsuit also states that video from police cruisers shows Bennett did not try to ram police, as Noel claimed. It states that Noel told fellow officers, "I am going to take this guy out if I get a chance. The bottom line is, the whole chase was escalated to the point where they authorized the use of deadly force because the officer said there was an attempt to ram him," said Al Gerhardstein, the lawyer for Bennett's family. "That is just not accurate."

  • A Blue Ash police officer lied about a fatal police shooting last year and his bosses tried to hide the truth, a federal lawsuit claims. was the result of excessive force also is suing the city, say officers involved in the chase Aug. 28, 2007, disregarded the city's rules for high-speed pursuits and put the suspects and bystanders at risk. The lawsuit accuses one officer, Scott Noel, of lying about the circumstances of the chase to justify the pursuit, which reached speeds of 130 mph.

  • The bottom line is, the whole chase was escalated to the point where they authorized the use of deadly force because the officer said there was an attempt to ram him," said Al Gerhardstein, the lawyer for Bennett's family. "That is just not accurate."

Daryl Black, a passenger in the car who also is suing the city, say officers involved in the chase Aug. 28, 2007, disregarded the city's rules for high-speed pursuits and put the suspects and bystanders at risk.

  • the cop murders the driver,I know the passenger its my best buddy.

  • JOB WELL DONE!!!

  • The suspect in the video was using his vehicle as a weapon. under those circumstances police are authorized to use deadly force. The driver was a threat to himself, his passenger, and the public. i feel the officer was justified in his actions

  • I agree with what Chem said. You probably don't even know the story to this incident, instead, you'd rather post some sob story for a criminal on here, mix in some Metallica, and put some nifty font, rather than give insight as to what happened. The guy took his neighbor to get something to eat, and the passenger had no idea the guy was high out of his mind. Not to mention he was a felon. The cop could have pulled him out through the window and not shoot him? Please. Don't be ignorant.

  • The guy in this video was a lifelong felon and driving in a stolen car, high at the time of this iirc. He also rammed officers, and as you can see tried to hit another with his car while on foot.

  • Murder by cop
