I also heard that there is a HAARP station in Puerto Rico that went online after Katrina. Interesting how no hurricanes have hit US since then due to a strange high pressure system in the SE. La Nina is present but it does raise questions. And I am not one to follow conspiracies.

I don't agree with your point. I have been in the service and some places are off limits period. Have you ever been present to see a nuc weapon loaded into a silo? Well its national security. I just saw Mr. Ventura's video on global warming. He made a point against the carbon tax issue. Its B.S. to think a solution to carbon build up is a tax. The global warming thing happens but taxes wont solve it. He's placing his reputation in front of the U.S. public to make a point, at least.
