How to replace a light fixture: Attaching the mounting bracket

do you have a video of you placing a fixture box in the ceiling. i have recently bought a house with just a wire hanging from the center of my living room ceiling. it has no fixture box at all. It looks to be quite a challenge giving the insulation is about a foot deep with little crawl space.(on the other side i found a 5 foot snake skin by the opening in the ceiling) any help would be appreciated. . i am placing a 4lbs flush light fixture so i doesn't need it to be overly weight bearing.

@thehumanlist As a matter of fact...I do. I show how to install a round cut-in light fixture box but I install it high up on a wall but you can install it on a ceiling.
