I was looking threw some videos to see if I could find a show I use to watch but I cant find it and I thought you could help me. I have no clue what the title is. The time setting is in the near future, the show's about a girl whos mother dies in a race when she is very young and her father leaves her in a sort of orphanage and tells her he'll be back but never comes to get her.
