  • Just consider: how did this major fraud EVER get as far as he did in the Democrat party? What do those people really respect over there?

    .

Will you ever vote for the Traitor Party of Mr. Fraud Weiner and Baraq Hussein Obama? Or the party of Jenky?

  • And this is the real reason he HAD TO GO, because he has balls and democrats hate that,

  • how can people be so stupid to think that a picture on twitter should determine your political future or your morality. I would much rather have a congressman that sends pictures of his wiener around the internet then a congressman who sends our troops overseas to die.

  • @JImmy4336 A person who would have an extra-marital affair is not fit to represent the people of this country. It's not that he sent around a picture of his dick, I could care less about his private life, but he broke his wedding vows and hurt his family. That is not the kind of person that should be in congress.

  • @david52875 it's that or a person who is owned by corporations and wall street. take your pick.

  • @JImmy4336 The vast majority of campaign contributions from wall street have gone to democrats.

  • @JImmy4336 Don't get me wrong, the VAST majority of politicians on both sides of the aisle don't care about you or your family. Don't get the idea that the democrats aren't corrupted by money.

  • STOP SENDING PICTURES OF YOUR DICK AROUND AND SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU IDIOT!!! THE GOP IS PRO BUSINESS YOU FOOLS JUST TAX THE SHIT OUT OF US!!

  • STOP SENDING PICTURES OF YOUR DICK AROUND AND SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU IDIOT!!!

  • Every Democrat I've ever met is owned lock stock and barrel by George Soros, Union Thugs, Left Media Outlets and Wall Street. Just look at who is on Obama's team. So if you like what the Weiner is saying and think it's true, then you'll have to think the other side is true too because it works both ways... or do you only like selective partisanship that fits your view?

  • Rhetoric... pure divisive partisan rhetoric.

A disrespectful and rude political hack that is a disgrace to the House.

Just because Weiner says so doesn't mean he's telling the truth but it looks like too many drink the same Koolaid and worship this guy. He's an angry white man!

Put into power by Wall Street, Unions, Hollywood and Lawyers... and the idiots that voted for him.

  • @cannibrocks Weiner is a voice of reason in city of todies and corperate bootlickers. When you want to talk disgrace it does not take long to find one on the repug side of the isle.

  • @sharper68 @sharper68 I disagree with the voice of reason because his rhetoric is not reasonable. He yells and screams and folds his arms like a child not getting his way and is told to take his seat. With his lack of tact it all comes across as Demagoguery. I agree with there is disgrace on both sides, but here we are talking about Weiner.

  • @cannibrocks When call him disrespectful you ignore the champions of disrespect, the entire republican party. They are the party of birthers, swift boating, death panels, religious intolerance and a commitment to a bought government. The fact Wiener stands up and gives them a taste of their own medicine using truth instead of fox/rove talking points is ok with me. You may not like what he has to say but he represents real people and not greedy lobbyists, that is a refreshing thing these days.

  • @sharper68 This thread is about Anthony Weiner.Stop changing the subject.Weiner's rants are often wrong. ie. when he said there was Tort reform in the HC BIll.When he said the IRS wouldn't have to hire new agents. Fact is the IRS will need 11,800-16,500 new workers and there is no Tort reform.YOU don't know what you are talking about. He was put into office by Wall Street, Banks, Hollywood and Unions. So stop defending somebody who is wrong.Take the time and do some research for yourself.

  • @cannibrocks I was not changing the subject I was responding to your sad statement on tone .. a subject anyone who supports republicans should be very skittish about bringing up based on their actions. On tort reform, you should not be changing the subject either as I said nothing about tort reform and the interview here did not mention it either, stay on topic. As to supporting someone who is wrong, you have a lock on that yourself in spite of the fact you have done some 'research' yourself

  • @sharper68 Bottom line is Weiner was either lying or not being truthful in the Tort Reform in the HC Bill and with IRS hiring in the HC bill. Weiner's tone and inaccurate fact are what I am questioning. But, sure, whatever you say. Just sit back and agree with the untruths. Sad Statement on Tone = Weiner. FWIW, I am not a Republican but I don't agree with lies put out by the other side either.

  • @cannibrocks I am not sure what the issues even are on tort reform and what his actions were on it but tbh it is not a topic that is dear to my heart. When it comes to the topic of this post `Republican Party Owned By Insurance Industry` his tone is not only dead on but it is high time someone said it aloud. I will look for more of your posts critiquing republican `lies` but suspect I will not find any because in spite of your protestations your rhetoric sounds distinctly right wing partisan.

  • @sharper68 YOUR rhetoric is so left wing that you're flying in circles. Weiner made a statement that pigeon holes a whole group together. He is wrong and lying. I know of MANY Democrats that work for large insurance companies on the board of directors and there are Democrats who are Senators and Congressmen that take money from the Insurance Industry. He conveniently leaves all of them out. If straight talk is what gets you off, you should be loving Donald Trump too. Weiner = Demagogue

  • @cannibrocks I have no illusions that there are democrats in corporate pockets, their cash is a true corrupting influence. Please note the ones you refer to are known as conservative dems. But even if true that does not change the fact or truth that the repubs are owned by them lock stock and barrel. So what he said is not a lie as you accuse. The whole right constantly demagogues and speaks exactly like wiener does, I take comfort in seeing him fight back for us in their own style.

  • cenk=the biggest tool on youtube

  • who are the 18 tools that clicked dislike?

  • Huh... Weiner.

  • Cenk you need to get Weiner on the show!

    Try!

  • Weener is such a tool.

  • @jerthemessiah Weiner is soo much more than that.. don't short him. lol

  • @Rachelizabeth47 He's also short!

  • Talk about an uninformed group of people. Of the top ten richest reps in DC; 7 are Democrat with the number 1 spot going to John Kerry

  • @URUROTRASH you're on the wrong page. The top 10 richest reps is another video. This one is about insurance companies and republicans!

  • You republicunt pussies support big corps and love the rich so fuck you!

  • Wow! Weiner is so big and Poofy!

  • Anthony Weiner is a wholly owned-subsidiary of the ISLAMO-MARXIST WING OF THE 'RAT PARTY

  • @jpeditor Weiner actually has a brain, unlike you, who follow anything your inbred, big industry, fundamentalist christian leaders tell you. k thx.

  • @jpeditor SHUT UP BIGOT

  • See actual tape same title. He is such a liar that the DEMOCRAT HOUSE REPEATEDLY censured his comments, not for "technical reasons."

Go to OpenSecrets & look up Health Services / HMO's long term contributions and see that the DEMS have received MORE MONEY than the Republicans have from BIG MED & BIG PHARMA.

    Weiner = LIAR.

  • @jpeditor How about Big oil?? bet the republicans take more money than the democrats from big oil, and banksters, and probably big food like monsanto...just shut the fuck up and go make ur case for more bush tax cuts that do nothing but destroy a nation

  • When did this happen? What's the bill called? I want to look up more about it.

  • listen i could make a million arguments but most people who arent rich who are anti healthcare reform take it down to traditions.

whats more important tradition or your fellow peoples lives.

  • Cenk im gonning to have to disagree with you here, If I was you I would have definatly looked into some of those stats and facts that the Insurance Industry put on the table.

  • You Turkish cunts are starting to piss me the fuck off. Why dont you DROP DEAD ....You cunty little Liars

  • @jd426999 ...so you do not think that the private insurance industry spends 200 million a year on lobbyist, just to be throwing money away?.....They own the Republican party and the well to do, whom are invested in the annuities provided by the privarte insurance industry, so let the sick die so I can get my 8 or 9% dividend....you little fool.....by the way....do you sell insurance ?

  • who were the 19?

  • Cenk, you really should have used the clip for this from C-SPAN, it was great and I loved it. No sooner did Weiner take back his original comments, before he made the same comments again. More of the Dems should grow a spine and give the Republicans a daily dose of the truth, none of which they can handle.

  • Someone should tell Weiner that the Democrats are also owned by the Insurance Industry.

  • The two parties are arms of big business, one party is just a bit more reactionary than the other.

"Let's see? A free market or a huge government?"

Those aren't the only choices. Workers/the public should run and control the means of production. Free market capitalism and large state bureaucracies both put the power into the hands of a small elite.

  • Let's see? A free market or a huge government? Gee what should I choose? Oh! I know. I'll side with a big government because I can't make it in a free market and would like to fuck it up for everyone else. Plus I never read history books. Yes I think I like government!

  • @UsaLeftistsareidiots Hey, you remember how those history textbooks mentioned literally hundreds of years of the rich and powerful exploiting the poor worldwide? Yeah, the completely unregulated market worked out really well then, because everyone knows humans are naturally altruistic and NEVER corrupted!

There aren't just two extreme options, dumbass. There has to be SOME form of regulation. Just a little.

  • There should be enough regulation to keep the bastards honest, but not too much, as that will bog down the system. Keyword: BALANCE. And America does not have it in banking or in medicine. The corporations have too much power.

  • Humans run governments silly kid and the medical industry is over regulated by , yep, you guessed it GOVERNMENT.

  • Wrong. Both parties w/individuals we elect: senators, congressmen, JUDGES run government & hand down judgments. All bought by lobbyists, law firms & corporations, especially big pharma. Medical industry is way under regulated. The latest supreme court decision? see Bill Moyers.Time Magazine today. Liberals have IQ's 10 points higher than conservatives. I'm surprised the # isn't much higher. 20K people in study & article was written by a London economist w/no dog in the fight. You've been pwned.

  • Then you must not be a liberal because your post is disjointed and rambling. I'm not sure what you are trying to say but it kind of seems like you want me to think you are smart or something. But then if you were you would not try and convince me of it so it's just confusing.

  • I think you're easily confused, as most right wingers are. I addressed every issue you brought up:

Your screen name I destroyed by pointing to the latest study which seems to prove conservatives are less intelligent than liberals. The medical industry is underregulated, corrupt & a main supplier of cash for campaigns of state supreme court justices. The government is covertly run by corporations, lobbyists & banks, not humans. Free speech is for companies not just individuals. Less confused now?

  • Stupid leftists always confuse me because I always give people the benefit of the doubt in a conversation. Don't start smashing you computer but if humans are not running corporationsand banks, who or what is? Are you saying there are aliens from outer space running the banking system? You could be onto something big or you could be just another stupid democrat.

  • That is where you are wrong. Free speech does not say companies in the constitution. We are not worried anyway. Certain parts of Africa has billions, not millions, but billions. I will gurantee you, some of those billions will circulate through his campaign. It's only fair since the Supreme Court did that shit they pulled.

  • WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? OF COURSE IT DOESN'T SAY THAT IN THE CONSTITUTION.THE NEW SUPREME COURT RULING GRANTS CORPORATIONS FREE SPEECH AS THEY CAN CONTRIBUTE AS MUCH MONEY TO ANY CAMPAIGN, MOSTLY JUDICIAL CAMPAIGNS in THE SOUTH. Seriously dude on YT, watch the Bill Moyers special on where the money comes to state supreme court races. THE REPUBLICANS , AFTER THAT DECISION WERE ALL TALKIN 'BOUT HOW THAT EXTENDED FREE SPEECH PROTECTED IT AND GURANTEED IT, BULLSHIT. it is all about buying elections,

  • Comment removed

  • @usaleftistsareidiots: It's not that the medical industry is over-regulated, it's that they're incorrectly regulated.

The medical industry is regulated by, yep, you guessed it (I HOPE!) people who are bought and paid off by people FROM the medical industry. That includes left and right.

You're right that it's humans that do the regulating. The problem is, it's the WRONG humans doing it.

Let's stop thinking of this as a team sport and more as an attempt to find the corrupt individuals.

  • You are objecting to government run universal healthcare? It works. It is cheaper, more effective, and does not cause medical bankruptcies.

  • So we should give the Government a monopoly instead of the free market. If the Gov would get out of the way cost would go down. Don't worry the Gov will make everything better they just gotta find someone else to borrow money from. TYT sucks

  • Government in England has a quazimonopoly on healthcare. The government owns the hospitals (with a private option) and there is a private option for medical insurance. Result? Life expectancy is up. Infant mortality down, medical bankruptcies nonexistant, and costs (private, corporate and governmental) are much lower than the US.

  • Politicians have in too many cases to insurance companies and are slaves to these companies and don't respond to the people. And they wonder why voter turn out isn't high.

  • who are these 19?

  • Poor America controlled by powerful corporate interests all to the detriment of human beings.Profit and Capitalism 100 years of wars and now a failed economy and environment.Time for a new paradigm.

  • both parties are owned by the lobbiests.... real shocker huh

  • Childish name calling doesn't help anyone not matter which side it comes from

  • @eightbitgnosis It's not name-calling if it's true.

  • Where is the video of Weiner as he talks?

  • CPAC = conservaturd political ass clowns. Give them hell weiner and grayson.

  • essentially, this boils down to the fact that republicans are all talk. put them to a vote and they will be forced to toe the line.

  • If you think so much alike maybe you should go out on a date. You obviously like the weiner.

  • @13RICK4

You teabaggers are famous for loving each other's weiners.

..And you voted for guys named BUSH & DICK. Doesn't get any gayer than that

  • Rep. Weiner is my current #1 favorite lawmaker , since Senator Kennedy is gone.

I hope those bastards don't get to him, like they have everyone else..

  • slow down everyone--his name is weiner

  • Yea... makes me chuckle everytime booby.

  • Oops my bad for the mispell.

  • I am a huge fan of Representative Weiner, because he not only calls it like it is, but he call it out.

  • @cidthecoatrack: No, Weiner is an absolute liar, knowing people like you are too ignorant to know any better.

Republicans owned by the Insurance Industry?

As The Washington Post reported, Democrats have received the lion's share of political donations from Insurance firms, including Health Insurers for nearly 1/2 a decade. Democrats have also raked in the most money from Wall Street for the past 2 election cycles.

You gullible & brainwashed idiots disgust me.

  • @cidthecoatrack he also pulls it out

  • My healthcare plan for the US.

Take any healthcare plan from any Western Nation. You can use the British system of National Health, or a Single Payer system, or something like the Swiss or German or Japanese system, and then what you do is: Listen carefully...

    Take the legislation and:

    Copy and paste.

Can I have my consultant fee now?

  • I wish I could pay you...

  • @dangerouslytalented I have not seen on television one person from any of these countries saying how great their healthcare is and you know, if it was true it would be all over the television that have people lined up with interviews

  • Let me guess: you are watching FOX.

Tell me: IF it is so bad, tell me: Why does EVERY other Westernised nation have universal healthcare? And why has not one nation rescinded it?

  • @dangerouslytalented Obviously they are all communist nazi Moaist

  • dangerouslytalented, u can't never talk logical with an republican. because they don't work that way. they do everything base off fear.like this brainless comment i have read, from desurgon is an very good example of how retarted things r on the right side of politice. they always call something that works for the best of the people something bad.u r so right they would listen to fox telling them its ok to make the greed CEO richer then ever. while they are breaking the backs of the poor.

  • i have many of time they always have stated that every westernised nation have a much better system, then the united states broken healthcare system.that is very sad christmas254 to say if we r one of the most richest & most powerful westernised nations. that we don't have better healthcare systems then the rest of the westernised nations

in the united states its all

about "GREED "that is coming from the blue dog democrats & currupted republicans, selling out ! the currution

    needs to stop !

  • Netherland & Switzerland, 99% coverage and no public plan, but insurance companies are regulated like utility companies. Taiwan & Singapore have best medical care system in the world, 99% coverage, high quality, NO WAITING, and they are government run with less 5% GDP. Unreasonable premium, preexisting condition exclusion, changing drug formulary, deny treatment, medicare drug GAP for Senior are just plain wrong. Come on my fellow American, let us fix the healthcare for our children sakes!

  • @noformstyle Before that happens, you have to fix the crippling corruption. Otherwise, the country is fucked from every direction.

  • Weiner for president!

  • i second that!!!

  • Who the hell is Paul Ryan?

  • He's a creep.

  • Strong commentary! Rachel Maddow's thoughts on this are worth listening to as well.

  • saw this guy on the daily show.

  • Did Cenk just say Chutzpah? And I've heard him say schmuk and other words too lol. Must have grown up in a Jewish area maybe on the east coast like I did.

  • hes from NJ

  • sounds like Wiener is trying to be like Grayson.

  • @captcrais101 Actually Wiener spoke out against this before Grayson did. At least from what I've seen on TYT.

  • @captcrais101 Wiener was first.

  • weiner and grayson are great progressives captcrais

  • Outstanding!!

  • I like this guy. Obama/Weiner 2012. Where the hell was guy hiding?

  • Republicans are all DIva's..

  • In my opinion, not enough attention is paid to Rahm Emanuel.

Somebody find and FIRE this fucker! With extreme prejudice!

  • Wasn't he granted the time of a Rep. From another state? Each time he was kicked off, the other rep was given the chance to take the rest of his minutes back and he handed it to Weiner? Cool! he knew Weiner had the guts to say what needed to be said to get the job done.

  • Weiner is awesome --- period.

  • We need more like Weiner. It's time to look to independants for real change. The vast majority of the Dems are just as corrupt as the Repubs.

  • @judoyodan: Nothing ever can be as corrupt as the Repubs. Maybe so-called Tea-party Repubs, pretending to be independent out of shame for constant Repub fail, but still chanting the Repubs talking points.

Like for example, how all government is necessarily corrupt and the nation would be better off, when totally run by corporate hitmen.

  • I have a small man cruch on him.

  • and I love him in the gayest way possible

  • Wonder why the Turks censor comments on a Youtube page....

  • You just did discrimination against White people by calling them Racist and Using Gay as an insult.

  • @wearegeo

your entire comment is a fail...

  • Glad you think so.

  • LOL you are so out of your league, you don't even know....but perhaps that's best. Wouldn't want to hurt your feelings, after all.

  • They don't. What're you talking about?

  • Yeah, the comment you replied to was the 3rd one I tried to type. /shrug

  • Anthony Weiner used to be roommates with Jon Stewart. Seriously!

  • Wait...so is the public option back in? I mean the monopoly talk makes it sound like it is.

  • Cenk should replace Rahm as Obama's chief of staff..

  • @Richardgwm: Better yet, Cenk should be VP along with whoever is Obama's NON-SELLOUT presidential replacement!

  • This "monopoly" issue has been my #1 concern regarding reform. FINALLY, they did the right thing. Now I need to go find the tape of Weiner's comments...awesome!!

  • I played the clip of Weiner over and over again. Couldn't get enough of the second round of hissy fits. Thanks Weiner for setting the tone for todays health care meeting.

  • "Republican party is owned by insurance industry". So lets vote for Democratic party in order to... oh... hmm... let them... do things Republicans wanted to do but would never get away with.

You have to understand that for elected officials the American dream is to be bought by large corporation that will provide them with "retirement" plan. Rep. Weiner is no exception. Anybody knows who bought him? Goldman Sachs or BOA?

  • It's a happy time to be a Weiner.

  • Grayson/Weiner or Weiner/Grayson 2016.

  • ...With Dean as Secretary of State.

  • They would get my vote in 2012.

  • Anthony Weiner is the man.

  • Not surprisingly, Anthony Weiner was Jon Stewart's college roommate.

  • Hah! Weiner really fucked the GOP.

  • Sarah Palin is the worst kind of moron. Try again.

  • Dude, Palin couldn't hold a candle to Weiner's fearless ability to call shit on his fellow politicians. Do you think being across an ocean from Russian constitutes foreign policy experience? Do you think it's important for a person to know whether or not Africa is a continent or country? Fox News threw her under the bus before they hired her for being an incompetent bitch. See if you can fit that note on your palm.

  • Weiner is nothing for he lacks a Weinie, just like every man in American politics! Palin has THE SUPREME and ULTIMATE WEINIE for she is GOD's CHOSEN ONE and is ENDOWED by GOD HERSELF!

  • I look forward to the day you're something besides spam, really I do

  • You're an idiot. Seriously, the fact that you would say Sarah Palin is superior to anything other than week old play-dough is totally beyond me. You may not like Anthony Weiner, but HOW can anyone who isn't totally retarded actually jump on the Palin bus. She seriously didn't know Africa was a continent... That's 3rd grade geography. 3rd grade!

  • Don't crow yet. Some case will get to Supreme Judicial Activist Roberts, and he'll gut the antitrust laws.

  • I wish there was a clip of this, didn't C-Span broadcast it?

  • Yeah, here's the clip here if you didn't find it already...

    watch?v=BOQ2GEGm3v0

  • OMG I just watched that clip and it was AWESOME! Thanks for posting it.

Our government needs more house member like him! If he ever ran for the office, I might just vote for him!

  • Weiner with Balls!

  • Weiner for President! Not only does this guy own republicans he would prolly win on his name alone! Everyone would vote for Weiner!!!

  • I'm with you!! He would get my vote because I think he has more balls than any of them!

  • Hah, yeah. Reminds me of that Family Guy bit where they're in the future, and the word "Douche bag" is no longer an insult ever since president Douchebag.

  • More like Anthony Stallion.

  • @ Ruinous

At least us "fuckers" don't want insurance companies to take over, unlike you guys.

  • @Ruinous

Are you sure that "you guys" is democrats?.....

  • Sad that you think a party being in complete lockstep is a good thing.

  • What stupid fucking super-majority? Democrats have 52 true Democrats other senators include two independents and 6 CONServatives in Democratic coat.

Did you know that your party has filibustered more than 200 laws passed since last year? Those laws are still sitting in the senate, until SUPER Fucking MINORITY aka Party of NO on everything moves their asses and do best for the nation and not corporations.

  • ... at least the Democrats are not FUCKING UP THE COUNTRY... Better to be moving nowhere than driving off a cliff.

  • Not only is he right-on, he's hot!

  • TO THE LIBERALS AND THE PROGRESSIVES THAT REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

I have two words for you:

    RIGHT NOW!

    RIGHT FUCKING NOW!

Either help the 30 million or so people without health care in this country, and stop helping these insurance compaines gain more profit, or look for another job. N-O-W. NOW.

  • @12301986 haha Liberals and Progressives ha? While Republicans are the ones who don't want everyone insured.

  • Indeed, it does seem that the Insurance companies and BIg Pharma own both parties. The instant a public option was killed the bill became just a huge give away to the rich.

  • Anthony Weiner is a god!!!
