When you go to the sites that are blocked, does it pop up saying "content advisor"? If the block is through content advisor this should work. The absence of a key suggests the absence of a password, meaning content advisor isnt enabled. Don't forget, you HAVE TO be on an admin account! :) Reboot in safe mode to get onto an admin acc with no pass.

hey i have a  question, after you do this and want to re-enable C.A. is the password still the same when you have to unlock a site

Whenever you attempt to next go to a locked site, it will ask for the password. You shouldnt have to enter anything, and it'll work. As long as you consistently enter nothing as the password, the first time something is entered (i.e. parent using your computer to go to that site, or edit C.A.) that password will be set as the pass. :) Don't forget to clear your history/cookies too people! :D

I love this thing i messed with my moms head with it. She thought she was blocking my internet so i started to use chrome but then chrome sent me some viruses so i had to remove it. I used this and removed the blocks in IE8

if you're 100% sure that it's content advisor you're trying to block, and that it's actually active, then i don't know what to say. To me it seems like there isn't a key. There won't be a key unless an administrator (i.e. parents) make one to prevent you from going on sites they dont like (myspace, runescape, hi5, etc.) My guess is that there is no password. not sure

you have to be on an admin account, you can start up your computer in safe mode and you'll be able to do it.
