And my relatives were slaughtered in Lodz and Kolo and the relatives who made it here were broken and never recovered. Let us not fight my brothers and sisters, there is enough grief to go around. For now, so many years later, Mr. Robeson reaches out to my soul.
I personally rededicate this song to the Palestinian People!! Big Paul sang it for all the Jewish people slaughtered by Hitler but also for all people who suffered- If I had said I extend it to Black people and I do what would you have said---what could you say?

Of course the Berditchever was not about "this." He was pre-Holocaust and living in an earlier age. Paul Robeson advances the Kaddish to where it should be today, because he was a more evolved being than the Berditchever. If Levi Yitzhak were alive today, he would be on Robeson's level.
