When I jumping from two legs without ball i can jump much more then one leg wthout the ball but when i jumping with the ball from two legs I can jump more with one leg with ball how I can jump more with two legs with the ball ? I just cant to jum higher with two legs ;/ I was watching your videos but still...

  • Hey jacob! i need major help! I think only you can answer this one..lately i have been training to increase my vertical leap (program called air alert) and it told me to practise jumping on off days..i have been doing that but after 3 days or so, a muscle like right underneath my calf starts to hurt when i run..do you think its overtraining? i kept on jumping everyday even when my muscles were quite fine, but felt weak.. HELP PLEASE!!!! :'[
