Judge Munger sits on the Judicial Review panel. He is the only Judge who has drawn critisism from the public and yet he is still doing his business as usual.
I don's understand why the relatives of the people whose property is being stolen don't do anything to stop it. Why don't they go to the police or the district attorney and bring criminal charges against these crooks? And complain to the Judicial committee who oversees the behavior of the judge?
Complaints have been made to the police, DA, and to Judge Clark Munger to no avail. Our only outlet is to warn the public. The bar and the fiduciary review do not inverstigate. Munger is part of the judiciary review. It is the wolf guarding the hen house.

Those organizations you've mentioned are rubbish when it comes to going after judges and attorneys and you can add the Judicial Commission and AZ Bar. These organizations are not a solution as they're part of the problem. You commit a crime then they'll spring into action but when it comes to judges and the probate system that's a different story. The only hope is to get the word out and bounce someone like Munger off the bench.

Within that law there is a section on the "powers of a guardian" which every person should read. Probate courts operate in secrecy, often without some pretty basic legal rights we usually take for granted, such as due process.
