Mic died 10yrs ago. The frames did a tribute gig for him in vicar st on tuesday 29th november 2011. A very special night. i was there. four and a half hours. look up the videos on tube and a Radharc documentary. it explains his life and what happened. Legend! they busked for years on grafton st. look it up. very special. "corpo99"

Amazing song, I've been trying to get my friends into his music for a while. I cover this song at my gigs and I completely agree with the sentiment, it's nice to hear two great friends sing this song together.

Shivers of happiness and sadness at such a loss!!!!! great having these videos of an Irish legend and hero!!

So it is important to record and preserve moments from gigs that the whole world can look back on in nostalgic embrace and remember the moment or place that Mics music made you weak at the knees or else just smile and acknowledge the talent and connection that you can get from just listening!!

Its a wonderful world when mics music plays!!

@enkenonsense He apparently struck his head on some steps. This happend on 18 November 2001 in Groningen, the Netherlands, after he had played his set supporting The Waterboys.On arrival at a local hospital, he was found to have lapsed into a coma as a result of severe swelling to the brain. He never regained consciousness and died on 29 November 2001, aged 32.
