As long as we censor certain words from a group of people there is always going to be separation and prejudice and it only gives the word more negativity and power. If everyone was using the word it would lose it's meaning. Like the word "Queer" which was used as an insult towards gay people, eventually the community took the word back by not caring about it, and now queer isn't seen as such a negative word as it once was.
