>Try and find the angle towards the wind at which the heelside edge and back of board are doing equal work.
>Nail 50% of turns or lose too much downwind distance restarting to get back
>Make long tacks if it is safe to do so
>Remember that upwind in cross shore gains a lot more ground one way
