@Cronsen Exactly, it is the sitting position seen in the second half of the demonstration. I have never heard of a name given to the entire kata-set (only the individual kata have names) so instead of calling them "kata", which we use for kenjutsu kata (bokken VS bokken, naginata, bo, wakizachi,etc), we call the set "iai goshi". It's a misnomer really!

Sorry, just for my understanding: iai-goshi is a sitting position (like seiza) and not the name of the kata-set, right?
