I think this is a great concept - creating public awareness trickles down to public appreciation... and maybe even future landscape architects.

@2dgage - I viewed this video and I'm not a "random" person. My company works with LAs on sports facility projects. @bachu6 - I think the casual dress makes these professionals more approachable... plus it's obviously a hot day... give them a break - at least they're out there.

I agree with 'bachu6' regarding the unprofessional manner of dress. Particularly the women with their sleeves rolled up above their shoulders. Come on people! No wonder we landscape architects garner such little respect.

Nice idea to go around the community to promote the profession but can't we do it more professionally?

Nice video... I just wish that the landscape architects were dressed more professionally in it - no t-shirts which make them look like landscape contractors.
