I do remember as a young boy the song was originally sung in an Arabic/French combination,then various artists sang it in Italian,French only, Greek, German and recently i heard a recording of a female singing it in Egypt during a holiday there.This was again in Arabic/French. There are possibly other languages because there are not too many people in the world who do not remember Mustapha,including myself....My Best Wishes!! P.S. Perhaps others can shed more light.
