Thanks. It took me about 3 months. I have now rebuilt the whole thing in steel - much more stable.
I'm in the process of refining it still further.

Yeah, Pink Floyd ranks at the top of my list of favourite bands also. This router has now been superseded by an all steel version. May make an upgraded movie using it, but don't hold your breath.
