I read online and figures it out, you have to push start and retry goal just before you enter the water. Why would you cut that part out of the video?

I cant get the glitch to work. Everytime it either drops me in the water or time runs out and in both cases It just restarts the goal. What gives? MAybe it would help if I could see the text. Buy a capture card man.

You can do that at another place go to the skate shop and go behind it go up the hill and turn around go down the hill and then spine transfer onto the skateboard on the shop then right before you fall off do the falling thing
