When you hit the power band trust me you will know it puts the RPM's up even higher and gives you more power , what you did in this video was hit the rev limiter before you shifted

This also sounds like riding a 2 stroke that isn't all the way warmed up. Not necessarily jetting..but with cold weather you never know. Back when I had a brand new 00 yz80 it ran fine in the winter in MI

youre exactly right dude..i got a 03 kx 100 and when i first got it i thought it was a piece of shit because i didn't want to kick in..just like this bike in the vid is doin..so my dad went out and started twistin screws..he'd rev it and turn the screw again..well when i got back on it after he got done i took off down my street and it stood straight up and down through 6th gear..so this guy just needs to adjust it right and itll run like a brand new one

two strokes only generate high amounts of power in a certain rpm range beacause the exhaust gasses create different pressures sucking in air. It takes getting used to but once u got it its a blast.
