He's not kidding a lack of clean-up equipment. On that Russia Today video, those guys I saw on a boat looked like they were using giant spoons to pick up the oil and put it in 55 gallon drums. No - it looked like they were using giant soup ladles to pick up the oil. They'll be there for a thousand years cleaning it up like that.
