  • hi i talk to u about a year ago because we have the same minibike and i found out the problem with it, now i was just wondering how do you do a oil channge?? i think i found the bolt on the bottom infront of the engine, but what kind of oil do you use?thanks mike

  • @Italianmob1517

Yes just unscrew the bolt in the front and it'll drain out. 10w-30 should be fine. It's pretty standard among these types of engines. That's what I run in mine.

As for the chain, I'm not sure what to tell you, moving the engine forward fixed my issue for the most part. Check your side to side alignment of the two sprockets. and your clutch sprocket for wobble. I hope you're not taking it somewhere to get the chain put back on. you can do it yourself in about 30 seconds.

  • cont... just get the chain back on the clutch sprocket, and as much as you can on the wheel sprocket before it gets to tight. then just push the bike forward and the chain will pop back on.

  • @Italianmob1517 one more thing i been hearin a noise from the clutch and it saids put Oil here? it saids oil clutch or somethign like that, what kind of oil do you use for the clutch? thanks for all the help man

  • @Italianmob1517 I just used motor oil. 10w30 I think.

  • hey i been ridinhg my mini bike but everytime i ride it,the chain comes off and i just got this 3 years ago,And i move the engine up and the chain still comes off, and i spend show much mone y to get this fix all the time,my dad saidas i need a biggger frame

  • i have the same minni bike and same engine.Theproblem i have wit it is that the chain pops off and do you have any problem with the cluth?i bought mine two year ago for 650 and i keep havin problems wit it

  • Nope, no problems with my clutch yet. The chain will pop off mine occasionally, but it's a rare occurrence. If yours does it often, it's probably loose. Loosen the four engine mounting bolts and slide the engine forward until the chain is tight. Also, for the chain to stay tight you'll probably need two people, one to pull engine, other to tighten bolts. Make sure to tighten the rear two blots first or the chain will end of slack again. Also, make sure it's straight and inline with the chain.

  • i already did Dat,yo man is it me on is da bile to low to the Ground anything i hit a stick or something the chain falls off,how is the mini bike in the woods

  • what i did was stick a piece of wood between the engine and frame to gain leverage then had someone's tighten the bolts

  • I have the same one, the only thing ive done to it is change the 72 tooth sprocket to a 50 tooth one and it went from 20 mph to 28 mph

  • i have the same exact 1 and its 4 hp

  • i have this same minibike but i messed it up real bad. check out minibike training with bill

  • Are you talking about the bushing or the bell? I oil the bushing each time I use it(I know it's overkill) If you oil the bell or plates it'll never get any grip.

  • do you have to grees the clutch on that

  • you dont need ckoke mine dosent need it and i have a crappy clutch 2

  • kool mine looks just like i got a 3.5 horese engine though but i am getting 5 hores

  • neet engine i have one in my go cart and nothing will stop that engine

  • accept a 20 ton hydraulic press!! lol just jokin' with ya

  • wolftube, the acceleration isn't bad. It's not a rocketship due to it having a centrifugal clutch that slips at first, but it does well wiht my 130 lbs self on it. It would hae more trouble getting a heavier person moving, but it will do it.

  • aproxamately hwo fast does it go

  • Terminator, it idles fine once it's warmed up, but being that it was the first start of the spring and the fact the there was barely enough gas to fill the fuel filter, it didn't run very well.

  • i am looking at one of them for sale. good acceleration?

  • OK first things first, shut up dog! Secondly your minibike don't like to stay running. Hmmm, I think you should raise your engine idle by a quarter turn.

So other then that you had fun riding that and I got to see for the first time how those mini bikes handle. Whats this I hear you run out of gas? Out of all the excuses, LOL
