EVE Online Apocrypha new shadows

I love how the ship is illuminated from the opposite side of the sun, and that shadows are cast TOWARDS the sun too :D

Looks nice, but I wonder how it will run on most of the players' computers. :-/

If it causes trouble, they can probably just turn it off on their client, or just use the Premium Lite client, which supposedly runs better than the Classic client.

If you get graphics lag its cos your system sucks. Nothing to do with the game.

Won't lag the connection: no new info is needed with shadows. If it lags you, your system sucks, like tattooedpierre said. And if your system sucks enough that this lags you, you can ALWAYS turn off shadows. No-brainer.

yea, I value my ability to run 6 instances of the game on one computer over some "pretties" on the ships...

I wish they weren't dropping the "low quality" (read: fast and low memory) version...
