Hi, I am planning to make a solar oven and gluing aluminum foil to the sides of a box....do you know if the glue gets too hot from the cooking if it will cause toxic gas to contaminate the food? is there a certain type of glue i should use?

@carr869 Tom, they're easy to make. I made this one without any plans. Just nailed and glued it together! Go for it!

i insulated mine with fiberglass ceiling tiles then i lined the box with foil ...i get over 300 dgs ...

What temperatures does your oven reach? I have a similar oven with only one reflector and 250 to 275 is a good normal range for mine.
