I personally had excellent customer service from them & received my order within their specified delivery timeframe. Very happy with this robust wee helicopter
Awesome toy. Bought one yesterday. Dropped from the top of my stairs and still going strong. However, fairly hard to control going forward but apart from that fantastic.
I paid for two helicopters from there website at the beginning of the month. Paid with paypal. Nothing recieved and it took a threatening email to evenget a reply from them which was "Order cancelled". Still no refund. Paypal claim filed failing that small claims court. You will notice you cannot leave comments on their Face book page. If not criminals they are verging on it.
.i paid via paypal 8 day ago.i had email from seller saying received order then another email saying order was confirmed.after not receiving product nor any communication in 8 days i contacted extreme fliers..no reply so next day i emailed them again and they sent 4 emails saying cancelled order.i have received no refund.very poor service and rude to boot.i have filed a claim with paypal and will leave bad reviews wherever i can.they are crooks,dishonest.
