Great work. Breaking the process down into steps was a great idea. The use of labels for the components was also very helpful and convinient. I'd like to see you do a video of how to actually use TiVo now!
Good presentation of steps by text. Good identification cords. Good audio—clean and clear with quiet background. Good information about activation. You can improve by establishing context. Overall a great instructional video.
