There is no real proof that Margarito used plaster in this fight. Also Cotto's pace was extreme throwing couple of punches and running around the ring taking a toll on him. After the sixth round he was tired. But they did catch him trying to cheat in the Mosley fight so he got suspended and I think Margarito wont get a spot in the lime light again. For Cotto I think this lost took a mental lost to him he isnt the same fighter if you ask me.

I am puertorrican and I have to admit there is no conclusive evidence(and in all likelihood it'll never be)that Margo cheated in the Cotto fight but it will always remain a very strong possibility that he did,however if he tried to use those illegal wraps against Mosley who at the time was considered a lesser threat due to his dismal performance in his last fight against Mayorga chances are that he probably tried to use them with Cotto who was at the time undefeated and in his prime.

There is no real proof that Margarito used plaster in this fight. Also Cotto's pace was extreme throwing couple of punches and running around the ring taking a toll on him. After the sixth round he was tired. But they did catch him trying to cheat in the Mosley fight so he got suspended and I think Margarito wont get a spot in the lime light again. For Cotto I think this lost took a mental lost to him he isnt the same fighter if you ask me.
