The second chord is wrong. You are playing the relative major of the correct chord. So right now you are playing D , A, E, but it should be D, F#min, E. F# minor is the relative minor of A. A is the relative minor of F# minor. I don't know if you're familiar with music theory but just trust me on this one. Play F# minor instead of A.
