This is Nazi tactics against parents who pose no risk yet treated like having priors. There is no crime to point to, no prior, no risk, no vehicle, no highway, nothing to do with the "reasons." 6 years w/ o a license and I got convicted of 14601.1 and 12500(a) in one act.
