  • My research suggests that there is no statute in ca. to punish for driving when your license has been estopped for an alleged "child support issue?" 14601.1 is being thrust upon us as if child support is "one of the reasons?" This is Nazi tactics against parents who pose no risk yet treated like having priors. There is no crime to point to, no prior, no risk, no vehicle, no highway, nothing to do with the "reasons." 6 years w/ o a license and I got convicted of 14601.1 and 12500(a) in one act.
