It's not turn base. There's a speed bar for when you able to attack again like Final Fantasy 9 and X-2.

Impmon was a lot faster than those 3.

Eh, the reason it's taking so long is because the host CDC found, 12foottall, went down, so they have to find another host (because I doubt Americans want to play on servers hosted in China). Looking to be Ijji, and I would try the Chinese version so you don't get banned.

The Korean version was fun, though I stopped playing, came back half a year later, then stopped playing for another year, surfed a forum, found out about the cloning issue and foreigners getting banned left and right. :/
