I think the chorus starts Em C D A5 then C Em D A5 then Em D G A5 C then the C D bit.
I think.
The bridge goes Bm G A5 Em three times followed by the C D bit. Then the tricky part is the end of the bridge which goes Cadd9 Dsus4 G Dsus4 G Cadd9. I'll try to get a video up soon showing how I play it. It sounds close to me, but it is mostly by ear and the acoustic video.

i could be wrong since i'm just kinda singin it and goin by ear but i think chorus is C, G, D, Em...repeat that twice then...C, D, and then not sure of the last chord played on the word "home" possibly a variation of A. Bridge starts on a Bm i think but dont' know past that...tell me what u think
the complicated part is the chorus and bridge...any clarification for that? ive been tryin to use the acoustic radio performance on you tube for reference
yeah I know...I did the same thing but they zoom in on his face right as they get to it...You'll notice I asked if anyone can figure the proper progression for the chorus to let us know...
HA...so you did...didnt read that far down...ive got a close hit to the chorus plus or minus some fingerings...Em-C-D....Asus2-Em...C-Em-D-Dmaj9....C-D-G..Asus2-Em..C-D-Em.....this is close..the Em in the quick turn might be a 0-2-0-2-0-0 (E7sus4) cant tell it just sounds a little off
your a pussy why dont you talk.
