You ever used some Samson Q7s or Shure 58s or Samson G-Track Mics? I have those mics(except Shure 58s which I don't have)Great Setup, BTW!

very cool,
im hoping to make somthing like this however i have a VERY limated space for my drums,
i was thinking of building a drums booth,
would this be a good idea??

The best thing when tracking drums is to have an open room... perferably with wood floors and a high celing... an inclosed room usually isn't the best spot.

the key is good resonance.
nothing sounds better than properly eq'd drums in a nice big reverby room thats properly mic'd

you could get electronic drums.dd65 200 dollars or close to that
