I made a dozen and they turned out great. My friend has eaten most of them though. One thing that I did not realize was that scotch eggs also come with scotch gas. One is the limit. I ate two in one go and the next day, I couldn't be in the same room with myself.

Well I learned about them from my Yorkshire woman. She eats them with HP sauce (Heinz 57 in the US). A1 steak sauce is nice as well. I think Tabasco would be good, but I have yet to try it. Cheers!
