no disrespect to ubisoft on the game, the games just keep getting better but i thought the final showdown / mission could have been so much better. It was almost anti-climatic. Hopefully AC3 will knock everyones socks off ! :)

Ubisoft has rushed into this game. The design was amazing but they could've added more to the story and the dialouges used in the game was just the same as it was in Assassins creed 2. and the Crusader knights looked more like cuddly bears than crusaders.. I prefer Assassins creed 1 and brotherhood.. I didn't feel for revelations,at all. I'm disappointed because i was really looking forward to this game!

Seriously what is people's problem with the ending? The ending was awesome and the best part of the single-player, the rest was just forgettable. Still a great game but it's the same re-used formula as Brotherhood and the storyline, which is what people play AC for, was very much lacking.

I finished everything in this game in just under three days, multiplayer achievements included.

Gotta say I was expecting it to be a little longer, take 2 years to do the next one Ubisoft, minimum... please?

That all being said, the story was infinitely better then Brotherhood's, both for Ezio and especially for Desmond.

I gotta say, I'm fine with the tv episodic nature the series seems to be taking, as long as the story continues to be at least as good as it was in this game.

I agree that it could have had more content, but honestly, the amount of replayability for the content they had is astonishing. So many different ways to try things, what with eagle sense and bomb-crafting. I know that I wanted to go back and redo about 3/4ths of the missions in this game. Next one is coming out next year, for sure. That doesn't mean they can't make it bigger, though.

As much as I loved Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Revelations, Assassin's Creed 3 HAS to be the best in the series. It must pull out all the stops this time. It's got to do what Metal Gear Solid 4 did; be a masterpiece that finishes off the main story ark perfectly and is as good as the game that started it all. I'd prefer Assassin's Creed 3 to be more cinematic, in both Desmond and the new ancestor's story, and less cheap gameplay gimmicks.

When AC 1 came it, it was revolutionary, i played that game so much no matter how repetitive it got! Then 2 came out, i ignored the fact it was the same gameplay for the awesome story! Then, dare i say it, 3 came out and was once again exactly the same with a few new features, yet the story was boring, and uninteresting.
