Are we talking about a man named Childers? Believe I remember something about a spill in the river a few months back or longer. I was born in KY and moved to Knoxville as a young boy. It really hurts me to see someone monopolize my hometown with no resistance from locals or government agencies. I told a friend awhile back that if that had happened in Knoxville someone would have been a poor man. Thanks for the video and keep it up.
