Acoustic, fingerpicked songs like this aren't hard to work out by yourself. Just listen to the bass notes, and see if you can recognise what they are, and where they go on the neck, or listen carefully for patterns you recognise from other songs, and transpose them to the right key. Once you've figured out the bass notes, just listening should be enough to make you work out what chord you're to pick through.
