He might be able to jump just a tiny bit higher than James White, but it doesn't matter since James White is 8 or 9 inches taller and therefore probably has around a foot advantage in standing reach and very nearly that in maximum reach. I'd take being 6'8" with a 40 inch vertical over being 5'10" with a 50 inch vertical since the ten inch difference in leaping ability would be more than made up for by my higher standing reach.

@Mollyball311 heavy, heavy, heavy. you extert great forces in a jump, and in a short time too. Heavy is where it's at. Look up "complex training" as well (plyos right after heavy lifting sets). Just stay hungry. Charles Poliquin & Joe Defranco are great sources. Get into olympic lifting (and other explosive lifts) and do power microcycles for a few wks even if ur into building muscle for that mo. (or other mesocycle). You need to be able to do triple-bodyweight squats and deads. Write me anytime
