sooooo....... where do I find someone who knows about how to deal with bank owned homes?? I found a property but I need someone who knows how to help me! I recently got rid of my realtor because he had no idea what to do......
The only contingency you need in your Buyer contract:
"This contract is subject to Buyer written approval of all inspections, reports, and analyses in all aspects the Buyer may deem necessary in Buyer's subjective opinion within ten business days of Buyer receipt of said inspections, reports, and analyses."
It basically says you'll buy it, unless you change your mind.

@UltimateBargains That's fine when dealing with private sellers but there is no bank selling an REO that will accept that verbiage.
