Great video again Arden. For those who are not able to follow "relax and enjoy". Your subconscious is taking it all in even if you consciously are not catching all that is being said! EFT is very forgiving and you do not have to do it perfectly "word for word" for it to work! As long as you are tuned into the feelings of being a failure the tapping will shift those negative blocks anyway. Happy tapping and don't forget to relax and enjoy :-D
It is a great excersice but it will be nice if you did not speak too fast. There is no chance to repeat the sentences. I got streessed out trying to do it. Please try it to do it at a speed that we can follow. Thank you.
An excellent video!!! A couple of thoughts. There are at least four different people types. Each of them has a certain set speed. Could you do some fast, some medium, and some slow? And.............. Most importantly, please watch your tapping finger, especially under the nose and chin. It tends to be the middle one. Thanks for a great Job, Well done. *Renee*

You are right, sorry about that. Try just listening, focusing, and repeating the phrases in your mind - focus is what is most important. Focus on your concern, and the process will work.

I have a level 10 fear that I won't be able to make it to the end of this presentation.
Although you've started tapping yourself...this is fascinating...my fear has receded to a level 8 fear.
Wait...no...back to 10.
And...gone...my complete failure occurred at 5:36.
