If its voluntary, how come Mr.Wesley snipes is about to serve 3 yrs in federal prision?
It would be good if everybody got together and didnt do their tax returns then of course they couldnt put millions of people in jail, then yea im right behind you, but if they have the means and the way to put only a few in jail, it really doesnt mean much.
First of all, Tax Returns are completely voluntary. Everytime you file your tax return you waive your 5th amendment right. Tax returns have been unconstitutional since 1909.
All it is is a government scam, making you think it's mandated when all it is, is enforced illegaly by the IRS.
If you can find where it says Tax Returns are required in the Internal Revenue Code please present it to me. In the meantime sue the IRS for their blatant crimes on the American public.
There is not much information about why and how the tax preparer was sentenced.
