The guy who warped in in one sec could easily have logged off in that spot in the system and then logged on when told to, thus appearing out of nowhere.
He is present in the chat channel below local for the duration of the video. In addition the video is linked to the second one, which demonstrates how it's done.
@lessconcerned There's video out now that proves that this is a known exploit. Since videos like these have come out, the three main culprits have gone underground and supposedly haven't had a single kill. There's also rumors that CCP is considering lifetime bans for all cheaters involved in this, possibly even their entire corp.
i believe this was on the eve test server to bring attention the exploit, which has yet to officially be acknowledged by CCP. i.e. this video is a demonstration of the exploit and CCP would likely view these two players as 'performing a public service,' so to speak.
