This is a great game, IMO, but too short. A nice blend of Borderlands, Fallout 3, and the vintage id software shooters that I grew up on. A bit of the modern, a bit of the nostalgic. The gunplay was the most fluid and enjoyable I've played in years, and the racing was fun too. My only complaint is the length. The second part, when you get to Subway Town, was way too short. There should have been at least one more city hub after that. I wish they'd release some additional downloadable content

aim for their head

throw the wingstick

and their head falls off lol (but you have to be a far distance for this to happen otherwise it will stick in their head)

the wingsticks are really handy and the best part is they even come back to you.

@Demonology16 I have both, get Rage. I loved the storylines and themes of Fallout 3 and New Vegas but hated the gameplay. I wasted half my time picking up stupid ass shit in it, now Rage has an even doper post-apocalyptic storyline, thanks to Bethesda, and the gameplay is phenomenal, thanks due in part of Id. Rage is also partially multiplayer and achievements are much much more obtain-ably realistic. Trust me, Rage will get you more bang for your buck. Oh wait, New Vegas is only like 15 dollars

It pissed me off how you couldnt complete the game and carry on. Once you finishd the last mission thats it, can't just wonder around or do any small tasks or missions. Wasteland is nothing like fallout. I was expecting the wasteland to be large and adventurous similar to fallout because its a bethesda game however it wasnt. you could only go round in a buggy and it took a few seconds getting from one place to another. I loved the actual missions though, great killing game gets your heart going

- 10-12 hours of FULL gameplay

- small world for an ambitious fallout clone

- little to non-existant story

- repetitive mid to end game

- texture rendering bugs for PC and i mean huge problems

- silly ending and repetitive boss fights

for a $60 price tag, ur better off renting it or borrow it from ur friend

better yet, wait for a 'GOTY' edition when it usually costs $29.99 or lower

@TheHaasels Are you completely clueless or just a retard? Rage has more depth than Fallout 3?!! I got 100% on Rage in less than 20 hours and spent 180+ hours on Fallout 3. I enjoyed Rage while it lasted but it's far too short, far too linear and has the shittest ending of a game ever. You could complete and explore Rage totally 10 times in the same time it would take to finish one playthrough of Fallout 3.

@SinzScarPranks I don't own it or have played it much. But it's deffinitly more classic FPS. Though the damage system is good. (Ex: Shoot 'em in the head, the drop. Pop a few in the chest, they drop.) And my buddy whom has it is a huge COD fan (Ehww, right?) and he just loves it. It's very action based. Like you can't just sit in a corner and be a homo. You have to keep moving, keep shooting, and keep moving. Really fun to play.
