Kosovo is a part of Serbia, simply because that part of territory by law belongs to the Republic of Serbia. This is guaranteed by the valid, recognized acts and documents which constitute the international law today (e.g. the UN Charter, Resolution 1244), and the Serbian Constitution. These basis are exactly the same as those on which the USA base their sovereignty in Florida for example, or Switzerland in any of its cantons, etc. (continued below).

Montenegro was republic of Yugoslavia and, according to the yugoslav constitution, could declare independence. there weren't in Serbia same reactions as for Kosovo, if you remember. Resolution 1244 of United Nations about Kosovo status didn't mention any independence. so I don't change the history. Albanians are more than 90% of Kosovo ethnic people.

This is the culimination of illegal politics that USA was supporting in the last 20 years. Kosovo is a geografic part of Country Serbia, an old country with the great history. Kosovo CAN NOT declare independance simply because it is land, Mountains rivers. Albanians DECLARED independancy, and as you see red flags, THEY already HAVE their own country ALBANIA.
