Id buy tickets to this rock opera :) damn catchy music, thats why i love home movies, i usually hate all songs in cartoons (most remind me of boring song scenes in Disney movies) but this show is one of the few exceptions in where a cartoons has actual good music

Love this one. This and the Don't Kill Children song are my favorites. This one first though. The Metamorphosis is a great short story, and it's only fitting that it be made into a rock opera of epic proportions. ^o^ Even if Brendon and the other producers of the show chose it because it was public domain. ^_^

Brilliant! I was just watching the DVD commentary and evidently the original idea was to do a rock opera on Tron. But since the schedule was so tight, they didn't have time to deal with Disney's lawyers so they decided to go for something public domain. Jesus Christ Superstar was taken, so they went with Kafka.
