how do u get primal i finished all fire saga quest can u defeat it without primal

@jeffhardyRATM360 I don't remember very well, but I think you get the primal skill by doing a quest in Sunbreeze Grove. Go there and do the quest "Primal Dragon Skills". If the quest is not open, you need to complete the Fire War saga in Battleon.
