Thank you! I was such a long time ago, when I first saw this cartoon. I barely remember the plot. But I recall that the Beast had this rose under glass. What was it symbolizing- now I associate it with Little Prince's (Exupery) rose:)
The rose petal might have been a Symbol for something. But other then that it actually served a purpose in the storyline, see the Beast his Lifespan was defined by the rose petals, if the rose lost all it's Petals before finding true love (or something Calibur, honestly i can't remember :P) i believe the Beast would die.
