@glowpunk thats cool :) I got into The Clash about a year ago and the original punk rock stuff. Listening to the clash really got be open to different music. Now I like reggae, ska, jazz, hip hop... When I went to Ireland in the summer the hotel over booked so they gave us a free show of this band that played traditional irish music... It was too good

In Montana... this July. It's the first of three half marathons over the course of the summer. My goal is a full marathon by 2013. And I completely agree...the more you put in a race, the more you get out of it.

@glowpunk nah i live in sydney right on the beach front of manly and i take a run before and after school each day its really awsome i do about 5km away then i turn around and come back :) i have done a few iron man competitions and they are nasty but they consist of a board padle, run and bike ride. my parents were born in ireland, derry so my dad may have done a few of them over there.
