It's a privilege that people have and she's part of a marginalized group that she's held to. I actually love it, if you've watched the times Ellen has been on his show, you can tell they have a great relaxed way to be around each other. And Dave has always stood up for Ellen, really people, he was not taking a shot at her or being rude, just playful and nice.

And frankly, it's good that we have come so far that we can just joke about it, and just laugh, instead of cringe and attack. (at least I thought so)
