Because of course Busted are incredibly well known in Malta...NOT! So how could the judges be aware exactly? Don't think that just because a song's big in the UK it's automatically known throughout the world. Busted weren't exactly Queen or The Rolling Stones. This song is quite similar to Air Hostess but not completely the same. You can't claim that just because he's using a similar chord sequence he's completely copied the same song. If he had've, Busted would've taken him to court.

I must say that Klinsman couldnt have gone further than this. 1st being given a copied song to sing then when being asked if his song is or isnt copied he says that it isnt, when if u hear the music of Busted - Air Hostess you will find that his songs music was taken from Air Hostess only changing the lyrics, at least we were lucky that someone found out this fact befor the eurovision as if it came first the results would be a complete disasters (like other years..)

I think because of Klinsmann I have to go to a psychiatrist to tell me if i am going crazy. I have to go to an ENT specialist to check my ears. I have to go to an ophthalmologist to check my eyes.
